Leave the responsibilities to us for your housekeeping, lawn care, home maintenance, etc., so you can enjoy life. Of course you can also personalize your room by bringing those special treasures that make it a home.

Or make all your own meals and deduct $640 per month
Living rooms and bedrooms feature large windows overlooking the courtside
Kitchens feature custom handmade oak cabinets, range, refrigerator and microwave
Bathrooms have timed heaters, hand-held shower wand, grab bars, 60” shower stalls
Many a la carte services such as laundry, medicine management, respite care and nurse call system
Inside storage also available

WE DO NOT USE A NURSING SCALE TO RAISE YOUR RATES
RENTING OUR UNITS
Our homey housing units are rented on a monthly basis with a signed contract. Prices vary according to room size. First and last month's rent are collected at admission. Last month’s rent is a security deposit. Thirty day notice is required for discharge.
